My mom who is currently disabled owes dte energy for our heat a little under 3k with a 1k monthly income there is no way she can pay i am disabled myself so i can not help that much even if i wanted to. she has Fibromyalgia,Rheumatoid arthritis, High blood pressure. we live in northern michigan and it is almost oct and we have no heat we pay 500 for rent and and pay electric phone cat food and thats it we dont have money for nything else let alone that bill so if someone could help us we would appreciate it so so much
